We are happy to credit or exchange any unopened product within 14 days, provided we receive the goods in PRISTINE condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. If the product or packaging is damaged upon receipt, we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you.
If your product seems to be faulty upon arrival please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please DO NOT return the product until we have advised a course of action.
All products are bound by the manufacturers warranty. If your product becomes faulty and is still under warranty, please contact us for instructions on how to return the product to our store. All postage costs to and from our store are to be covered by the customer.
